Thank you for purchasing a Home Stitchery Decor digital design.

Your purchase includes a Personal Use Licence for the digital files contained in this download.

YOU MAY:

• Use the digital files to create Christmas cards and other permitted personal projects for yourself.

• Create cards to give as gifts to family, friends, teachers, coworkers or others.

• Print or cut the designs as many times as reasonably needed for your own personal use.

• Make reasonable adjustments necessary to cut, print or assemble the design using your compatible software or cutting machine.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Sell physical cards or other finished products created using these designs.

• Sell, share, give away, trade, distribute or otherwise provide any of the digital files to another person.

• Upload the files to Facebook groups, websites, cloud-sharing services, file-sharing sites, online marketplaces or other platforms where others can access or download them.

• Resell or redistribute the SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, AI or any other included file format.

• Alter, trace, convert or modify the files for the purpose of selling, sharing or redistributing the original or modified design.

• Claim the designs, artwork or digital files as your own.

• Include the files, in whole or in part, in another digital product, bundle, template, collection or download.

• Use the designs for print-on-demand products or services.

• Transfer this licence to another person, business or organization.

ONE PURCHASE = ONE USER

This licence is granted only to the original purchaser.

Purchasing this product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the designs to the purchaser.

All designs and digital files remain the intellectual property of Home Stitchery Decor and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use is not included with this purchase.

If you would like to sell physical products made using Home Stitchery Decor designs, a separate Commercial Use Licence is required where available.

DIGITAL PRODUCT

This is a digital product; no physical product is included with this licence.

By purchasing, downloading or using these files, you agree to comply with the terms of this Personal Use Licence.
